Return & Exchange Policy

At Gothic Men, we stand behind every product we offer. Our goal is to ensure that every customer shops with confidence, knowing that support is always available should something not meet expectations.

Our Commitment to You

We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and offer a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (as shown by tracking information).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the shipment date, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags remain attached
  • The original invoice is included
  • Items are returned in their original packaging
  • A completed return form is included with every return

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Fit or sizing preferences are not considered product defects, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

 How to Return an Item

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@gothicmen.com to receive return instructions.

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely using the original packaging
  • Include the original invoice and completed return form
  • Ensure all tags are attached
  • Ship the package using a carrier of your choice

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. 

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection
  • Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary)

Items returned in a condition that does not meet return eligibility may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to stock availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@gothicmen.com with full details. Our team will investigate and assist you promptly.

Damage caused by normal wear, washing, improper handling, or misuse is not covered.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. Gothic Men is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier that are later lost or stolen.
