Processing & Delivery Time

• Customized items are handcrafted and typically delivered within 15-20 days
• Rush orders are delivered within 7–10 days and are subject to additional charges, clearly shown at checkout
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier conditions
• All delivery timelines are estimates and begin after order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $30 worldwide, regardless of order weight or destination
• There are no hidden charges for handling or processing
• We do not collect taxes or customs duties at checkout. Any duties or local taxes imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Gothic Men containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Address Policy

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout
• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
• Orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect customer-provided addresses may result in additional delivery time

Incorrect Delivery by Courier

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error by the courier company:

• Gothic Men will cover the shipping cost
• A replacement item will be prepared if necessary
• The order will be re-shipped safely to the correct address

This applies only when the delivery error is confirmed to be the responsibility of the courier.
