The Contract Between Us

When you place an order on gothicmen.com, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.

We must receive full payment for your order before it can be accepted. Once payment has been successfully received, we will confirm acceptance of your order by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

At this point, a legally binding contract between you and Gothic Men comes into existence.

Our Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, whether or not payment has been received, including but not limited to the following situations:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable
• We do not deliver to your location
• A pricing or product description error has occurred due to a typographical or supplier error
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

If your order is refused or canceled, we will notify you by email and refund any payment received as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of your order. No additional compensation will be provided.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on gothicmen.com are listed in USD and are payable in USD at the time the order is placed.

Currency conversions shown in other currencies are for convenience only and are approximate. Final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of order and dispatch.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed separately during checkout. Certain locations may not be eligible for delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract with us for most goods within 14 working days from the day after you receive your order, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing via email.

If the goods have already been dispatched or received:

• You must return the goods to our contact address at your own cost and risk
• Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

If you receive the goods after requesting cancellation, do not unpack them and return them promptly.

Exclusions

Custom-made or made-to-measure items are excluded from standard return rights and may only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.

Refunds

Once cancellation is confirmed and returned goods are received (if applicable), we will refund any amount paid within 30 days.

If returned items are damaged, used, or incomplete, or if return shipping costs are unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs incurred from the refund amount.

Delivery of Goods

We will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery will be made as soon as reasonably possible after order acceptance and no later than 30 days from the order date.

Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery. Once delivered, goods are held at your own risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage thereafter.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we may conduct anti-fraud checks using the personal information you provide.

This may include verification with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies. These checks are performed solely to confirm identity and prevent fraud. No credit checks are conducted, and your credit rating is not affected.

Notices from us to you may be provided via email or published on our website from time to time.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays, failures, or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Fire, flood, or explosion
• Network or system failures
• Industrial disputes or strikes
• Government actions or restrictions

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any contract formed under them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our website prices, delivery details, contact information, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gothic Men.

No statements made by any representative or salesperson shall vary these terms.

Except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall not be liable for any inaccurate or misleading statements outside this agreement.
